The division Fleet Management within the Beluga Group is responsible for ship management, maritime training systems and a comprehensive technical fleet support. Safety and quality management, technical purchasing, technical and nautical management as well as crewing are managed within this division.

Our specialists for vessels and crews are on duty around the clock 365 days a year to ensure the optimal performance and availability of the Beluga fleet, whether the vessels sailing on the high seas, loading, discharging or docked.

The Fleet Management staff supplies the fleet with the necessary operating material and plans the crewing of the continuously growing fleet. Recruitment and planning of the Beluga cadets' training is also managed by the Fleet Management (Department Crewing / ffnet einen internen Link im aktuellen FensterSea Academy). Other responsibilities of our ship management experts include the efficient operation of the vessels as well as planning, coordination and supervision of all newbuilding projects.
