Socially responsible action as a fixed element of corporate culture

Economic success also depends on the social commitment of a company. Enterprises that have established "Corporate Social Responsibility" (CSR) as an integral part of their strategy make an active contribution to sustainable development of the society in which they operate and focus on responsible corporate action.

Niels Stolberg also believes in this principle. He assumes social responsibility not only as a shipping company operator, such as by developing junior nautical staff, but also by supporting a wide variety of social projects. Besides setting up and expanding the Beluga School for Life in Thailand, through the Beluga Group he supports projects that could not be implemented so effectively without private commitment.
